摘 要:近年来,国内外学者研究了双酚A(BPA)及重金属镉(Cd)单一因子对植物光合作用的影响。但在自然背景下,污染多呈复合型,因此研究BPA和Cd对二者叠加的空间内植物光合作用的复合影响意义重大。本文综述了BPA对植物光合作用的影响及机制,及Cd对植物光合作用的影响及其机制,其中单一BPA和Cd对植物光合作用的影响均表现为:低浓度促进光合作用,高浓度反之。根据相关研究推测了植物在受到复合胁迫时的生态响应,相应的生理生化反应,及光合过程的响应机制。最后提出了BPA与Cd对植物复合胁迫可能开展的相关研究方向。Recently, some scholars at home and abroad have studied the influence of single bisphenol-a (BPA) and heavy metal cadmium (Cd) on photosynthesis of plant. But in the natural background, pollution is complicated, and thus it is very significant to investigate the combined effect of BPA and Cd on photosynthesis of plant which is grown in the superposition region of BPA and Cd. In this paper, the effect of BPA on plant photosynthesis and the effect mechanism, and the impact of Cd on plant photosynthesis and the effect mechanism were reviewed. It was found that the influence of single BPA on plant photosynthesis was the same as that of single Cd, i.e. , the low concentration of BPA or Cd promoted photosynthesis, while the high concentration of BPA or Cd showed the opposite influence on photosynthesis. According to the relevant research, we speculated that when plants were exposed to the combined stress, the ecological response, the corresponding physiological and biochemical reactions, and the response and mechanism of photosynthesis. Finally, the future research direction on the combined effect of BPA and Cd on plants was proposed.
