摘　　要：文章将技术社会化分为非人文向度的技术社会化和人文向度的技术社会化,揭示了当代技术风险的根源在于技术社会化的单向度——即非人文向度的技术社会化远远超出了人文向度的技术社会化,并提出通过伦理规约来克服技术社会化单向度的理论主张。After dividing the socialization of technology into the humanity dimension an^l non - numamty almenslon, this paper reveals that the root cause of the, risk of modern technology is one - dimension of the socialization of tech- nology, which means that the non - humanity dimension is far beyond the humanity dimension. This brings about the Structural Disequilibrium between the two dimensions. Finally, the paper suggests that our society should resort to ethical stipulation to overcome this one -raentional theoretical opinion.
