摘  要:中国海上风电将迎来快速发展,研究其出力特性对海上风电消纳具有重要意义。文中利用实际数据分析与运行模拟相结合的方式,将海上风电的出力特性与陆上风电进行了对比研究。为了对比风电场出力的分布特性,提出了风电场出力分布特征指数的新指标。根据历史出力分析了近岸风电场的随机特性与波动特性;结合测风数据与中长期规划,利用风电场运行模拟技术分析了海上风电场出力的统计特性。分析表明,与陆上风电相比,海上风电具有出力水平较高、小时级出力波动小、冬季比夏季出力高、夜晚比白天出力高以及具有更高的容量因子等特性,其出力分布特征指数明显高于陆上风电场。最后,阐述了海上风电消纳不同于陆上风电消纳的特点,为合理消纳海上风电提供参考。As China is expecting a rapid development in offshore wind power,understanding its output characteristics is of great importance for its accommodation problem.By combining practical data analysis and simulation technology,a comparative study is made on the characteristics of offshore and onshore wind power output.A novel index called distribution characteristic index of wind power output is proposed to measure the features of wind power probability distribution.Stochastic and fluctuation characteristics of inshore wind farms are analyzed using the measured historical data.Offshore wind power outputs are obtained and analyzed using simulation technology with parameters from field measurement and the planning scheme.Results show that offshore wind power has higher output and lower hourly variations compared with onshore wind power,and that offshore wind power has higher output in winter than in summer as the output at night than during the day.Meanwhile offshore wind power has higher distribution characteristic index compared with onshore wind power.Discussions on offshore wind power accommodation are also reported.
