摘  要:采用概率方法描述与风电机组相关的不确定性因素,并利用半不变量和Gram-Charlier级数展开理论计算支路概率潮流。在此基础上,通过在规划模型中引入风险控制策略,设置支路潮流不越限概率、系统潮流不越限概率和系统潮流裕度概率,以最大化系统抵御安全风险的能力;将系统潮流不越限概率和系统潮流裕度概率联合起来作为系统安全性风险指标,建立了以总投资费用和安全性风险指标为目标函数的输电系统多目标规划模型,将输电系统规划的经济性和可靠性有机结合起来。采用了遗传算法求解所建立的输电规划模型,并用18节点和46节点算例系统说明了其可行性和有效性。Some uncertainties associated with wind power generators are expressed with probability measures,and the probabilistic load flow is calculated by the combined use of cumulants and Gram-Charlier series.Three risk-controlling strategies,including specifying the smallest acceptable probability for each branch power flow limit not violated,that for the whole system,and the security margin of branch power flows in the whole system,are introduced into the transmission system planning for enhancing the ability of the system against security/reliability risks.A security risk index is then defined by integrating the probability of system power flow limits not violated and the security margin of branch power flows in the whole system.A multi-objective transmission system planning model is next developed with the transmission investment and the security risk index as the objective functions,and in this way the security/reliability and economics associated with transmission system planning schemes could be well compromised.A cost-benefit index is employed to evaluate the performance of transmission system planning schemes.The model developed is solved by the well-established genetic algorithm,and the feasibility and effectiveness are demonstrated by 18-bus and 46-bus test systems.
