摘 要:目的探讨蒺藜总皂苷对WT/GFX致AD大鼠空间记忆的影响。方法采用侧脑室注射WT/GFX制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力。结果蒺藜总皂苷明显缩短大鼠寻找平台的时间,搜寻策略也得以改善。结论蒺藜总皂苷能有效改善因WT/GFX所致的大鼠空间记忆障碍。Objective To investigate the effect of total saponins of Tribulus terrestris L.(GSTT) on spatial memory of Alzheimer's disease(AD) rats induced by WT/GFX.Methods The AD model was established by ventricular injection of wortmannin(WT,a specific PI3K inhibitor) and GF-109203X(GFX,a specific PKC inhibitor),and the patial memory ability was detected by Morris water maze task.Results It was shown that the swimming latency was increased significantly after WT/GFX injection.Compared with AD group,GSTT could significantly shorten WT/GFX-induced the increase of swimming latency,improved the searching strategy of rats for platform.Conclusion These results suggest that GSTT can effectively prevent the rats from WT/GFX-induced spatial memory deficits.
