摘 要:目的研究谷氨酸AMPA/Kainate受体拮抗剂CNQX对伤害性电刺激隐神经引起大鼠扣带回前部(ACG)多巴胺含量变化的影响。方法用高效液相色谱-电化学检测技术研究伤害性电刺激隐神经后不同时间,ACG多巴胺含量的变化,以及静脉注射CNQX对多巴胺含量变化的影响。结果伤害性电刺激隐神经后15 min,ACG多巴胺含量显著增高,30 min后增高最明显,1 h后开始恢复,2 h后逐渐恢复接近对照水平;静脉注射CNQX拮抗了伤害性电刺激隐神经引起的ACG多巴胺含量的显著增高。结论伤害性电刺激隐神经能够引起ACG多巴胺含量呈时间依赖性增高,提示ACG接受隐神经伤害性信息的传入,引起ACG多巴胺能神经元功能活动增强。CNQX能拮抗伤害性电刺激隐神经引起的ACG多巴胺含量的增高,提示AMPA/Kainate受体参与隐神经伤害性信息传入引起的ACG多巴胺含量增高的过程。Objective To study the effect of glutamic acid receptor antagonist, CNQX on the change of dopamine content in anterior cingu- late gyms (ACG) of rats induced by nociceptive electrical stimulation of saphenous nerve (SN). Methods High performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection was used to study effect of different time 'after electrical stimulation of SN on dopamine content in ACG of raLs, and the influence of CNQX intravenous injection to the change of dopamine content in ACG of rats induced by electrical stimulation of SN. Results Dopamine content in ACG significantly increased at 15rain after electrical stimulation of SN, andit reached its peak at 30rain after the stimulation of SN, and started to decrease at lh after the stimulation of SN, and recovered gradually 2h after the stimulation of SN. In addition,intravenous injection of CNQX antagonized significant increase in dopamine content in ACG caused by nociceptive electrical stimulation of SN. Conclusion Significant time dependent increase in dopamine content in ACG was induced by nociceptive electrical stimulation of SN, and antagonized by CNQX, which suggested that ACG can N receive the nociceptive information inputs of SN, and then enhances activity of doparainergic neurons in ACG,and AMPA/Kainate receptors are involved in the course of increase in dopamine content of ACG of the rats.
