摘 要:针对高速数控机床采用的大导程滚珠丝杠副对进给系统性能影响问题,考虑螺旋升角、滚珠与滚道接触面的滑动和滚动摩擦,研究了滚珠丝杠副的轴向弹性变形,利用有限元方法进行了仿真分析;建立了丝杠由转动到直线进给运动的传递效率数学模型,并利用实验进行了验证。结果表明,随着螺旋升角的增大,丝杠副的传递效率提高,轴向弹性变形减小,轴向力减小,提高了轴向定位精度。Concerning the impact on the feeding system performance by the large lead ball screw pair used in high-speed NC machine tools, and by taking the lead angle as well as sliding and rolling frictions on the contact surface between balls and race into consideration, the axial elastic deformation of ball screw pair was analyzed. The simulation and analysis were carried out by applying finite element method. The mathematical model of transmission efficiency for the screw from rotation to linear motion was established and verified by the experiment. The result shows that the transmission efficiency of ball screw pair increases, the axial elastic deformation decreases and the axial force decreases with the lead angle increases, improving the axial positioning accuracy.
