摘 要:以高速数控车床刀具为研究对象,结合具体工作条件,对刀具进行切削过程热变形分析。首先进行刀具温度场理论分析,建立刀具温度场的传热模型,对刀具传热过程进行分析。进而采用ANSYS对刀具进行切削过程温度场仿真,并进行热结构耦合获取刀具热变形量。研究结果表明:文中在一定程度上实现了对刀具热变形的定量计算分析和研究,为进一步研究刀具热变形对加工精度的影响,以及采用何种误差补偿方法提高加工精度等奠定了良好的研究基础。Aim at tools of some high speed CNC lathes, the thermal deformation of the cutting tools during processing is analyzed in this paper according to the specific working conditions. Firstly, the temperature field of the cutting tool is analyzed in theory, the heat conduction model is set up, and the heat conduction process of the cutting tools is deeply discussed respectively. Secondly, the temperature field of the cutting tools during cutting process is simulated in Ansys, and the thermal deformation quantity of the cutting tool is obtained by the coupling thermal-structure analysis to its temperature fields. Finally, the research result shows that the quantitative calculation analysis of the thermal deformation to the cutting tool has been achievedto some extent, and it is a very important basement for further researches on how to influence their processing acuracy, thus how to improve machining precision using error correction method.
