摘 要:通过微弧氧化的方法在NiTi形状记忆合金表面制备陶瓷层。在微弧氧化之前,用常温王水对NiTi形状记忆合金进行去镍选择性腐蚀,并与工业纯钛和未经王水腐蚀的合金试样进行对比,研究了其表面形貌、相组成和微弧氧化的工艺性。研究结果表明:王水腐蚀10min的NiTi形状记忆合金试样,微弧氧化工艺性及陶瓷层表面形貌与工业纯钛同一条件下微弧氧化最为接近,陶瓷层表面形貌最为理想;腐蚀前后试样的微弧氧化陶瓷层,相组成基本相同,主要由NiTi相和锐钛矿相组成,随着王水腐蚀时间的延长,锐钛矿相逐渐增多。The ceramic coating was obtained by micro arc oxidation (MAO) on NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) substrate. The NiTi SMA samples were pre-treated by dealloying immersed in aqua regia at room temperature. The sur-face morphology of the treated specimens, the composition and the MAO manufacturability of the ceramic coatings were investigated. And the surface morphology of the treated specimens was compaired with which of the commercially pure titanium and the uneroded NiTi SMA samples. The results show that the manufacturability and the surface morphology of the samples pre-treated by aqua regia for 10min at room temperature is closest to that of the commerciallly pure titani um at the same MAO experiment conditions. The phase composition of the ceramic coatings is mainly NiTi phase and anatase phase. And it is generally consistent for the MAO samples before and after pre-treatment by aqua regia. The content of the anatase phase increases gradually with the extension of the dealloying time of aqua regia.
