摘  要:利用扫描电镜、红外光谱分析技术,对海洋大气环境下暴露不同周期的多层涂层体系的老化过程进行了研究,并采用外观综合评级和电化学交流阻抗(EIS)对涂层的防护性能进行了表征。研究表明:随着暴露时间的延长,涂层老化降解,羰基指数下降,涂层宏、微观缺陷增大。因暴露产生不同程度损伤的涂层,其阻抗谱呈现阶段性变化,提出的等效电路模型合理解析了多层涂层体系腐蚀介质渗透阶段的阻抗谱数据,可以更准确地评价涂层在使用过程中的防护性能变化。The weathering process of muhi-layer protective coating system exposed to marine atmosphere for different cycles was studied by SEM and FTIR. The protection performance was characterized by appearance general ap praisal and EIS. The results show that the coating degrades, the carhonyl index reduces, and the macro-and micro-de fects increase with exposure time; The impedance spectroscopy of protective coatings with different damage degree shows dramatic staggered change. It was concluded that the equivalent circuit model can reasonably explain the EIS data of corrosive medium permeation phase of rnuhi layer protective coating system, which can more accurately evaluate the change of protection performance in application process.
