摘 要:采用高频感应熔覆的方法在45钢上熔覆镍基合金涂层,利用SEM观察涂层的显微组织结构,用X射线衍射仪分析涂层中的相结构,用显微硬度计测量涂层的硬度梯度,并研究了松香和松节油的混合物以及水玻璃两种粘结剂对涂层的影响。结果表明:两种粘结剂粘附的Ni45B合金粉末在高频感应熔覆时,均未产生剥落现象,涂层致密,缺陷很少;粘结剂对涂层的影响不明显,在涂层与基体之间形成了扩散转移层,认为两种粘结剂用于高频感应熔覆冷预涂均性能良好。The nickel-based alloy coating was prepared by high frequency induction cladding on 45 steel. The mi crostructure of the coating was observed with SEM, the microstructure of the coating was analyzed with XRD. The coating hardness gradient was measured with Micro Hardness Tester. The effect of rosin turpentine mixture and sodium silicate two kinds of binder on the impact of high-frequency induction cladding coating was studied. The results show that with high-frequency induction cladding the Ni45B alloy powder sticky by two kinds of binder, all does not produce spal- ling phenomena and has dense coating and fewer defects. The influence of binder on coating is not obvious, diffusion and transfer coating appears between coating and base. On the whole, two kinds of binder as high frequency inductive cladding cold pre-coating's binder have good performance.
