江西稀土产业生态发展的构想

摘　　要：稀土是现代工业不可缺少、关系国家安全的重要战略资源,江西稀土资源在国内乃至世界上具有举足轻重的地位。如何使江西稀土产业由资源优势转变为经济优势,并保持可持续发展是刻不容缓的战略问题。本文应用最新数据和信息客观分析了江西稀土产业的现状;结合生态工业园的相关经济理论,对江西稀土产业的发展进行了探讨;在构建稀土产业链物流循环系统的基础上,提出了基于循环经济发展模式的建立江西稀土生态工业园的构想。Since rare earth is an important strategic resource indispensable to modern industry and vital to national security, rare earth resources in Jiangxi Province play a decisive role in the country and even in the world. It is an urgent strategic issue to turn the resource advantage of rare earth industry in Jiangxi Province into economic advantage and maintain sustainable development. The paper applies latest data and information to analyze the present situation of rare earth industry in Jiangxi Province, discusses its development with relevant economic theories regarding eco- industrial parks, and put forward the idea of establishing rare earth eco - industrial parks in Jiangxi Province based on circular economy development model.
