江西企业专利战略运用研究——以洪都航空集团为例

摘　　要：现代企业竞争,已成为知识产权的竞争,知识产权战略已成为企业核心战略。而专利战略是企业知识产权战略的最重要组成部分,是企业核心竞争力的重要体现。洪都航空集团经验告诉我们,江西企业应当在现行法律制度下,加大专利申请力度,完善技术保密制度,妥善应对专利诉讼。Modem enterprise competition has become intellectual property rights （IPS） competition, and intellectual property rights strategy has become enterprise core strategy. Paten strategy is the most important component of enterprise intellectual propertyrights strategy, and is an important manifestation. The of experiences of Hongdu Aviation Industrial Group have revealed that under current laws, the enterprises in Jiangxi Province should strengthen patent application, improve technical confidentialityregulation, and appropriately cope with paten litigation.
