基层医院护理人员手卫生认知状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解护理人员的手卫生认知现状及影响因素,为基层医院做好手卫生管理提供依据。[方法]通过问卷调查的形式,对137名在岗护理人员进行调查分析。[结果]被调查的137名护理人员手卫生知识掌握情况良好,对手卫生指征认知较高;不同工龄、学历、职称、科室的护理人员手卫生知识差异无统计学意义;影响护理人员手卫生执行的因素主要是手卫生设施不具备及工作忙。其中清洁剂、消毒剂刺激皮肤,引起皮肤干燥占首位(76.6%)、其次是工作太忙,没有足够的时间(65.0%)、洗手池旁没有配备干手用具(62.8%)。[结论]医院应进行必要的投入、改善洗手设施,加强培训、建立监督机制,全面促进护理人员手卫生的依从性。[Objective]To know the condition of hand hygiene of nursing staffs in basic hospital in order to provide basis for improving hand hygiene administration.[Methods]By means of the self-designed questionnaire,a survey was made among 137 nursing staffs.[Results]The nurses had good knowledge about hand hygiene,especially on the hand hygiene indication;There were no significant differences in knowledge among nurses with different age,educational background,professional title and health-care settings;The first three factors that influenced on the performance of hand hygiene were irritation and dryness caused by hand-washing agents（76.6%）,heavy workload（65.0%）,lack of hand hygiene facility（62.8%）.[Conclusion]It is necessary to improve the performance of hand hygiene of the nurses in basic hospital.Some methods can be used,such as improving hand hygiene facility,enhancing the training and education,monitoring hand hygiene and so on.
