摘　　要：[目的]评价间歇充气加压(IPC)治疗对重症监护室(ICU)慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防作用。[方法]采用临床随机对照试验的方法,将入住某医院重症监护室的AE-COPD患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用IPC治疗预防下肢DVT形成,对照组采用常规方法。观察两组下肢DVT的发生率,机械通气时间,ICU住院日,ICU的死亡率。[结果]治疗组下肢DVT的发生率明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05),两组机械通气时间,ICU住院日,ICU的死亡率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]IPC治疗对预防重症监护室AECOPD患者下肢DVT形成有效。[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of Intermittent pneumatic compression（IPC）in the prevention of lower deep vein thrombosis（DVT）of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）in intensive care unit（ICU）.[Methods]We conducted randomized controlled study. Patients with AECOPD were randomly allocated into the treatment group and the control group after admission by ICU,the treatment group was received IPC to prevent lower DVT. The control group was received routine treatment to prevent lower DVT. Then observed the rate of DVT,the day of ICU stay,mechanical ventilation day and mortality rates in ICU of two group.[Results]Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly lower rate of lower DVT（P﹤0.05）. The day of ICU stay,mechanical ventilation day and the mortality rate in ICU of two group were not statistically significant（P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]IPC can prevent lower DVT of patients with AECOPD in ICU.
