206例植入永久心脏起博器患者随访分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解患者植入起搏器后的心功能状态、症状改善情况、手术后起搏器工作状态以及并发症,并对随访结果进行比较分析,提高患者的预后效果。[方法]选取2000年1月~2010年4月于某院进行治疗的206例植入永久心脏起博器患者为研究对象,后将患者植入起搏器后的心功能状态、症状改善情况、手术后起搏器工作状态以及并发症进行统计及比较。[结果]头晕改善明显优于其他症状的改善情况,在并发症中血肿的发生明显高于其他并发症,P均﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。[结论]临床工作中应该掌握起搏器术后对患者的影响和较常发的并发症,能够做到早期预防,使患者能有一个更好的预后。[Objective]To investigate the heart function,improvement of symptoms after surgery,pacemaker working status,and complications after patients with implantation of permanent pacemakers.And to analyze and compare the follow-up results,to improve the patient＇s prognosis.[Methods]206 cases of permanent cardiac pacemakers implanted in patients from January 2004 to April 2010 treated in our hospital were chosen for the study.The heart function,improvement of symptoms after surgery,pacemaker working status,and complications after patients with implantation of permanent pacemakers were taken for statistics and analysis.[Results]The situation of dizziness improvement was much better than improvements of other symptoms,the incidence of complications in hematoma was higher than other complications,P﹤0.05.There was a significant difference.[Conclusion]We should grasp the impact of pacemaker patients after surgery and complications to do early prevention,so that patients can have a better prognosis.
