摘　　要：目的提高对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）围术期易出现的紧急情况的认识，探讨其预防及应对策略。方法回顾性分析283例OSAHS患者围术期易出现的紧急状况。结果2例患者手术前发生窒息心脑血管意外，2例麻醉过程中发生窒息，5例术后出血。所有患者经及时救治后治愈。结论OSAHS病情复杂且具有潜在危险性，其手术属于高风险手术，易发生紧急情况，必须充分认识其危害性，把握关键环节，正确预防及处理。Objective To investigate the prevention and management for perioperative emergence situation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea- hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods The clinical datas of two hundred and eighty - three cases of OSAHS were retrospectively analyzed. Results The emergence situation included cordis and cerebral accident before operation （2 cases）, asphyxia during anesthsia （2 cases）, severe hemorrhage after operation （5 cases ）. All patients were cured after promptly treatment. Conclusions OSAHS is a complicated disease and has potential risk. The perioperative treatment is very important for the prevention of some severe complications occurrence.
