新生儿脐血RhD阴性稀有血型资料库的建立研究

摘　　要：目的建立新生儿脐血RhD阴性稀有血型资料库，了解天津脐血库存储人群Rh血型分布情况。方法收集2001年10月至2011年8月天津脐血库存储的154882例健康新生儿脐血样本作为研究对象，使用试管法检测样本ABO抗原和RhD抗原，RhD阴性确认采用间接抗人球蛋白试验。结果154882例脐血样本中检出RhD阴性581例（0．37％），其中A型137例（23．58％）、B型191例（32．87％）、O型195例（33．56％）、AB型58例（9．98％）；男性和女性分别占51．98％和48．02％，RhD阴性的表型以ccdee和Ccdee为主（81．67％）。结论建立新生儿脐血RhD阴性稀有血型资料库，可为RhD阴性群体的科学用血与临床预防、治疗提供参考数据。Objective A RhD-negative blood group database was established in Tianjin CBB to explore the distribution of RhD-negative blood group. Methods 154 882 cases of neonatal health UCB samples as the research object were collected between October 2001 and August 2011 of Tianjin CBB. The ABO blood group antigen and RhD antigen were detected by standard tube agglutination test. RhD-negative was confirmed by indirect antiglobulin test. Results 581 （0.37%） RhD-negative cases were detected in total of 154 882 UCB samples, including type A 137 cases （23. 58%）, type B 191cases （32. 87%）, type O 195 cases （33. 56%） and type AB 58 cases （9.98%）, mainly 51.98% in males and 48.02% in females. The major antigen phenotypes of RhD-negative blood type were ccdee and Ccdee phenotype （81. 67%）. Conclusion With RhD-negative blood group database of neonate umbilical cord blood established, the reference data of scientific blood use, clinical prophylaxis and therapy would be provided.
