摘　　要：在社会转型、竞争加剧的背景下,社会需要学校培养学生具有健康的生理、心理素质和健全的人格。由此,高职院校学生心理健康教育工作显得尤为重要。加强心理健康教育,是时代发展和社会全面进步对培养高素质创新人才的必然要求。然而,目前高职院校大学生心理健康教育的现状不容乐观,探索高职院校心理咨询新模式成为学校心理健康工作的首要问题。In the background of social transition and increased competition,the society needs schools to train the students with healthy physiology and psychological quality as well as perfect personality.Therefore,higher vocational college students＇ psychological health education work is particularly important.To improve mental health education is the inevitable requirement of development of the times and social progress for training high-quality innovative talents.However,at present,present situation of higher vocational college students＇ psychological health education is not optimistic,and exploring new model of psychological consultation in higher vocational colleges has become the most important problem for mental health work.
