摘　　要：军用动物是一个特殊的动物群体,是世界各国军事装备的重要组成部分。本文分析和借鉴了《美军军犬计划》等文献中对动物福利保障的措施,依据军用动物在实验、训练、执行演习和作战任务的特殊性,探讨了保障其福利的办法。Military animals are special groups, which as important part of military equipments for most countries. In this article, we analyzed and learned from ＂ U. S. Military Working Dog Plan＂ and other documents that discussed about measures for animal＇s welfare and safeguard. Then we summarized the measures for safeguard military animal＇s welfare based on the particularity when they are applied in experiments, training, performing maneuver and participating combat mission.
