摘  要:目的 观察阿司匹林对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠肝细胞NF-κB表达及血清TNF-α水平的影响.方法 建立 T2DM大鼠模型,将其随机分为T2DM组、阿司匹林治疗组和二甲双胍对照组,给药1个月后检测各组大鼠血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素、血清TNF-α含量和肝细胞NF-κB变化.结果 ①T2DM组大鼠以上指标明显升高,阿司匹林治疗组和二甲双胍组除血糖外,以上指标显著降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);NF-κB阿司匹林组表达为阴性,T2DM和二甲双胍组均为阳性.②相关性分析表明T2DM组大鼠NF-αB表达与TNF-α、胰岛素浓度呈正相关.结论 阿司匹林可通过抑制肝细胞NF-κB的表达,降低血清TNF-α的水平,有效改善胰岛素抵抗状态.Objective To explore the effect of aspirin(ASP) on the expression of NF-KB of hepatocyte and serum level of TNF-α in TzDM rats. Methods T2DM rats models were divided into diabetic group(DM) ,ASP and met- fornlin(Met) groups. ASP was administered for one month, then the level of BG,TC, TG, Ins and TNF-αwas detected. NF-κB expression of hepatocyte was assayed by imnmnohistochemical method. Results ①The level of BG,TG, Ins, TNF-α,and NF-κB expression was significantly increased in DM group,while significantly decreased in AS group( all P 〈 0.05 ). ②Positive correlation of NF-KB with TNF-α and Ins was found ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Aspirin ean restrain the expression of NF-s:B of hepatocyte and TNF-α so as to improve insulin resistance of T2DM rats.
