摘　　要：目的 了解单纯性肥胖儿童心理行为问题的发生及其影响因素,为临床开展单纯性肥胖儿童的心理健康教育提供依据.方法 对100例单纯性肥胖儿童和100例正常儿童作配对研究,采用Achenbach行为量表和自制调查问卷进行调查,应用SPSS进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析.结果 单纯性肥胖儿童心理行为异常发生率明显高于对照组.肥胖组儿童心理行为各因子得分与对照组差异均有统计学意义.偏食挑食、父母婚姻关系、学习环境对肥胖儿童的行为有影响（P＜0.05）.结论 单纯性肥胖儿童需要学校、社会、家庭的广泛关注,需要采取综合措施减少其心理行为问题的发生率.Objective To understand the behavioral problems of obesity ehihtren and its influential factors,so as to provide basis for the psychological health education on clinic. Methods One hundred obesity children and 100 normal ones were surveyed by using the achenbaeh child behavior checklist and a psychological health questionnaire for children. The data was analyzed with Logistic regression by SPSS statistical software. Results The rate of behavioral problems of obesity children was higher than normal ones. There was remarkable difference in factor score between the two groups. Logistic regression revealed that three kinds of factor affected behavioral problems of the obesity chihtren,ineluding relationship between parents,food preferences and choosy in food,as well as the learning environment. Conclusion The comprehensive measures should be taken among school, society and family, so as to reduce the behavioral problems of obesity children.
