摘　　要：目的 探讨锁定加压接骨板（LCP）加人工骨植骨治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法 回顾性分析自2008年2月～2010年12,使用LCP加人工骨植骨治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折20例患者（21侧）,平均年龄62.5岁.结果 经过平均10个月的随访,按Dienst功能评估标准评定,优13侧,良6侧,可1侧,差1侧,优良率为90.48%.结论 早期切开复位LCP内固定加人工骨植骨治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端粉碎骨折具有固定可靠,退钉率低,有利于早期功能锻炼,促进愈合等优点,特别适合老年性骨质疏松的患者.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of locking compression plate（ LCP） and bone grafting in treating osteoporotic distal radius fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed,in which 20 patients with osteoporotic distal radius fractures（21 sites,mean age 62.5} were treated with LCP and bone grafting from February 2008 to December 2010. Results The patients was followed up for an average of 10 months. According to the Dienst criterion, we found that 90.84% of patients achieved an excellent or good results, with 13 cases were excellent,6 cases good, 1 case adequate and 1 case bad. Conclusion That open reduction in early stage and internal fixation of comminuted distal radius fractures with LCP and bone grafting is durable and stable with low screw-backout rate. It is beneficial for early functional exercise and wound healing,especially suitable for elderly patients with osteoporosis.
