摘 要:目的探讨家庭健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者疗效的维持及病情恢复的作用。方法将90例首发期精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组即实验组(随访组)和对照组(未随访组)。对实验组进行为期1年的跟踪家庭教育,按顺从服药及被动执行两级评价患者服药依从情况,以及1年内精神疾病的复发情况。结果出院6、12个月时患者服药依从性实验组明显好于对照组(χ2=4.65,P<0.05、χ2=12.06,P<0.01)。复发率实验组明显低于对照组(χ2=9.01,P<0.01)。结论家庭健康教育对精神分裂症患者出院后疗效的维持及病情的恢复有促进作用,能够减少首发精神分裂症患者的复发,延缓其社会功能缺陷,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of family health education on the efficacy and recovery for schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups namely experimental group(intervention group) and control group(no follow-up group).The experimental group for one year follow-family education,medication compliance and passive by the implementation of two evaluating drug compliance in patients,as well as mental illness within one year of recurrence.Results After discharged 6,12 months,medication compliance was better in the experimental group than the control group(χ2=4.65,P0.05,χ2=12.06,P0.01).Experimental group was significantly lower in relapse rate than the control group(χ2=9.01,P0.01).Conclusion Family Health Education can maintain the efficacy in patients with schizophrenia after discharge,and promote the recovery of the disease,reduce the recurrence of schizophrenia,delay its social disability,improve quality of life.
