摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者家庭干预前后生活质量改善的可行性和有效性。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗护理和健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予家庭干预6个月,干预前后分别采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)和生活质量评定量表(LQOL)对患者进行评定。结果观察组干预后APGAR,LQOL总分显著高于对照组(t=7.15,P<0.01)。观察组的总生活质量状况显著高于对照组(t=8.119,P<0.01)。结论家庭干预对改善精神分裂症患者的病情、提高生活质量、社会康复具有重要作用。Objective To explore the feasibility and availability of improving the quality of life before and after family intervention in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 schizophrenic patients were devide into two groups,study group and contrast group.The patients in contrast group were given conventional treatment and general health care.The study groups were given family intervention for 6 months on the basis of the conventional treatment.Before and after the intervention we used APAGAR and LQOL to evaluate the results.Results After the family intervention,scores of the study group on APGAR and LQOL were significantly higher than those of the contrast group（t=7.15,P0.01）.The life quality,life satisfaction and social health of the study group were higher than those of contrast group（t=8.119,P0.01）.Conclusion The family intervention for patients with schizophrenia takes an important role in improving the patients＇ condition,raising their life quality and restoring their health.
