公安院校大学生抑郁情绪的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究公安院校大学生抑郁情绪状态以及相应的社会心理因素。方法采用分层整群抽取某公安院校742名本科生进行抑郁情绪的流行特征及其相关因素的调查分析。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(24项,HAM D)评定研究对象的抑郁程度。结果公安大学生抑郁情绪检出率为39.08%(290/742)。抑郁情绪与公安大学生的人格特征,周围环境,特质应对方式,专业认同度程度(χ2=16.29,P<0.05)和就业压力(χ2=17.39,P<0.05)有高度相关性。不同年级,不同性别学生HAM D评分差异具有统计学意义(F=8.97,21.45;P<0.05)。结论公安院校大学生抑郁检出率较高,但多为轻度抑郁。男大学生中抑郁状态产生比例明显高于女大学生。Objective To study the depression of public security college students and related psychological and social factors.Methods To stratify and take out 742 students in some public security college,then make a survey and analyze the general information and related factors.Depression severity was evaluated with the 24-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD-24）.Results The rate of students with depression was 39.08%（290/742）.The depression mood was significant related with personality,environment,characteristics coping style,recognition degree to their majors（χ2=16.29,P0.05）and estimation about their employment pressure（χ2=17.39,P0.05）.There were significant differences in HAMD depression scores in different grades and gender（F=8.97,21.45;P0.05）.Conclusion The rate of public security college students with depression is relatively high,but mostly are mind depression.The proportion of depression students in male is significantly higher than that in female.
