摘 要:高等教育发展理论与社会变革关系密切,高等教育发展理论通过引领高等教育发展实践,以适应社会变革甚或引领社会变革,高等教育发展理论在这一过程中也不断丰富和创新。社会变革为高等教育发展理论提供认识论和方法论的指引。新时期高等教育发展理论创新应重视引领社会变革,转变视角;应避免理论的"依附",从发展理论的借鉴与移植转向到"高等教育化"的改造与创新;应倡导理论发展的多样性,从寻求普适性的发展理论转向主张发展理论的特殊性和多元发展理论的兼容;应不断拓展自身的问题域,从关注高等教育发展的工具理性转向对高等教育发展的价值理性的追寻。There's close relationship between higher education development theory and social change. Through leading higher education development practice to adapt or initiate so- cial change, higher education development theory could be enriched and innovated continuously in this course. And social change could offer guidance of epistemology and methodolo- gy for higher education development theory. In the new period, to initiate social ehange and transform the research perspective, should be paid attention in order to innovate higher edu- cation development theory; it should reform and innovate the theory in the field of higher education research based on the experience and implant of development theory, to avoid the dependence of theory; it should advocate the diversity of theory development, turning from looking for universality of development theory to particularity of development theory and compatibility of multi-variant development theory; it should expand the field of inquiry, changing its concern from means rationality to value rationality of higher education development.
