草莓花药培养中诱导不定芽情况研究

摘　　要：采用花药培养方法快速繁殖草莓苗。在诱导不定芽阶段中以MS为基本培养基,添加不同的激素配比进行对比。结果表明:生长素NAA对形成愈伤组织有主导作用,添加量以0.2mg.L-1较为合适,KT对促进芽分化起到主导作用,以0.5mg.L-1为好。The method of anther culture in vitro was used to reproduce Fragaria×ananassa seedlings rapidly.In the stage of inducing adventitious buds,taken MS as basic medium,adding different hormone combination were compared.The results showed that NAA had leading role in callus becoming,and 0.2 mg·L-1 NAA added amount was more appropriate;KT had leading role in promoting bud differentiation,0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA added amount was more appropriate.
