海西区经济一体化发展的战略构想与前景展望

摘　　要：海西区是当前我国区域经济发展的新增长极,推进海西区经济一体化发展,对于整合地区经济、加快海西建设、推进国家经济协调持续发展、加速国家和平统一的进程具有十分重大的意义。本文结合《海峡西岸经济区发展规划》,从区域功能定位、区域经济一体化的硬环境和软环境建设等方面提出了推进海西区经济一体化发展的思路和对策。Currently,the west coast of the strait is the new points of China＇s regional economic development.For consolidating regional economic,accelerating the construction of the Straits,promoting sustainable development of national economy and accelerating the process of national reunification peacefully,to promote the economic integration development has great significance.In this paper,from the functional orientation of the region,the hard environment and soft environment of regional economic integration and other aspects,the writer proposes some strategies to promote the development of economic integration considering ＂The West Coast Economic Zone Development Plan＂.
