摘  要:通过建立大鼠慢性抑郁模型,检测建模前后及黄芪注射液干预治疗对大鼠体重、探究能力和奖赏反应程度的影响;用比色法检测各组大鼠海马内超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛的含量.结果表明,经过21天的慢性应激后,抑郁+黄芪组大鼠体重、探究能力及奖赏反应程度较抑郁组显著提高(P<0.01);海马区超氧化物歧化酶活力较抑郁组明显升高(P<0.05)、丙二醛含量明显下降(P<0.05).表明黄芪能提高脑组织的氧化能力,通过清除自由基可防止神经细胞变性,减小细胞受损程度.By establishing the model of chronic stress depression in rats,the effect of astragalus injection on the behavior(include body weight,open field test and sugar consumption),SOD(superoxide dismutase,SOD) activity and MDA(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)content of hippocampus in chronic stress depression rats are examined.The results show that after treatment of 21d with astragalus injection,the body weight,score in open field test and dose of sugar consumption increase significantly(P0.01) compared with depression model group rats;compared with depression model group rats,the enzymatic activity of SOD increase(P0.05) and MDA content decrease significantly(P 0.05) in astragalus injection rats.The results indicate that astragalus be capable of protect neuron avoid the damage further by increasing the oxidize reaction and removing free radical of organism.
