摘  要:依据气压传动原理,研制了一种用于具有主轴定位功能的大型CNC车床配套的大孔径气动三爪自动定心卡盘。不同于国内现有气动卡盘,新研制的大孔径气动卡盘体为环形,卡盘体内设有创新设计的夹紧力调整装置和卡爪夹紧位置传感装置,卡爪快进和慢进双程驱动。其夹紧力调整装置、卡爪夹紧位置传感装置和卡爪双程驱动均为机械结构,性能可靠,调整便捷。文中详细论述了大孔径气动卡盘主要的设计创新点、关键部位的结构设计制造要点。In this paper,the structural design of large aperture pneumatic chuck is taken as the research object.The large diameter via at the center of chuck is designed to clamping three jaw self-centering chuck,which is applied to the middle-large size CNC lathe with spindle positioning function.The position sensing device,setting device of clamping and rapid feed and working feed driver of claw are placed at the inside of pneumatic chuck.The innovative designed device with annular structure has many advantages such as simple structure,fast and reliable clamping as well as convenient adjustment of clamping force.The thesis illustrates the working principle of large aperture pneumatic chuck and key parts of the structure and design elements.
