上市商业银行资本结构与现实竞争力关系的实证研究

摘　　要：结合银行资本结构特殊性,采用实证研究方法,探析了上市商业银行的资本结构与现实竞争力之间的关联性,并发现前五大股东持股比例、流通非受限股占股比例、内部可融资资本占核心资本比率、存款占债权资本比率、次级债券占债权资本比率以及核心资本充足率对上市商业银行的盈利性、流动性、安全性和成长性竞争力有着显著作用。In this paper, empirical analysis has been done on the relationship between capital structure and reality competitiveness considering the particularity of banks＇ capital structure. It is found that the profitability, liquidity, security and growth competitiveness of bank are influenced by the share proportion of the top five shareholders, the proportion of outstanding shares, the ratio of internal finance capital accounted for core capital, the ratio of deposit accounted for total debt, the ratio of subordinated debt accounted for total debt, and the adequacy rate of core capital.
