摘 要:在含有丙烯酰胺单体的培养基中进行菌种驯化试验,测定降解效率,从中筛选出了3株丙烯酰胺优势降解菌;并通过正交试验进行两两组合,研究复合菌的降解性能,初步鉴定其中1株为假单胞菌科黄单胞菌属,另2株为奈瑟氏秋菌科不动杆菌属。通过对正交试验数据的分析比较和从工业应用角度考虑,最终确定2株奈瑟氏秋菌科不动杆菌属菌种为降解丙烯酰胺的最佳复合菌。Cultural experiments were conducted in the culture medium containing acrylamide monomer to measure the degrading results and finally got 3 germs which could degradate acrylamide monomer effectively.By analyzing and comparing the data of latin experiments which randomly picked two germs from three,it got the degrading results.One was preliminarily indentified as xanthomonas sp.and other were aoinetobacter sp..By analyzing results and comparing reality in industry,2 germs of aoinetobacter sp.were the best acrylamide degrading compound bacteria.
