膝骨性关节炎滑液中骨桥蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在膝骨性关节炎关节滑液中的表达及其临床意义。方法:检测膝骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)患者和创伤骨折患者膝关节滑液中OPN的含量,并加以比较结果:OA组关节滑液中OPN含量为(3978.7±459.1)ng·L^(-1),对照组关节滑液中OPN含量为(874.2±259.3)ng·L^(-1),两组数值经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组关节液中OPN含量与OA的病变严重程度(关节镜下分级),经Spearman等级相关检验,两者呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:OPN与膝骨性关节炎的发病和发展有关。Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin（OPN） in in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods：Content of OPN in synovial fluid was measured and compared from the patients with knee osteoarthritis and with fracture. Results：Synovial fluid OPN in OA group was 3978.7 ±459.1 ng ·L-1 ,874. 2±259.31 ng·L-1 in the fracture group. There was significant difference between the 2 groups by statistical analysis（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Subsequent analysis showed that the OPN level in synovial fluid significantly was correlated with severity of disease （ P 〈 0.05 ） by Spearman rank correlation method. Conclusion ： The data suggest that expression of OPN in synovial fluid is related to progressive joint damage.
