摘　　要：通过对生产性服务业功能区的调研分析,首先根据系统性、科学性、前瞻性等原则,从生态保护、经济实力、科技创新、组织管理、集聚水平和运营环境等6个方面,研究建立了一套科学合理的生产性服务业功能区综合评价指标体系,然后在用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重的基础上,建立了适用于生产性服务业功能区的模糊评价模型,最后进行了实证分析并根据分析结果给出对策建议。This paper investigates and analyzes functional area of producer services. First of all, researching and establishing an evaluation index system of the following six factors： ecological protection, economic power, technology innovation, organizational management, agglomeration level and operational environment for functional area of producer services, based on the principle of systemic, scientific and prospective. Then Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） is used to determine the weight of each index, and fuzzy evaluation model of functional area of producer services is constructed. Finally, several suggestions have been given based on the results of a case study.
