后世博经济导向下上海市城市发展战略研究

摘　　要：本文首先以历届世博举办城市发展状况为类比对象,准确归纳了世博经济给其相关产业及整个区域的经济发展带来的促进作用,然后对上海市进行个案分析,在微观层面上剖析世博会对上海交通业、旅游业、服务业、房地产业等产业的作用机制,即为上海城市发展创造了怎样的产业条件;得出结论:世博经济对前3种产业的发展将会有根本性的促进作用,而对于后者的非理性发展具有阶段性抑制作用。最后本文主要认为上海应该从战略的层面上着手区域经济增长结构转变、制度创新两方面的改革,充分利用上述条件,使世博经济能够延续为后世博经济,从而成功实现对上海城市发展的促进作用。Firstly, comparing with the development of previous host city, this paper accurately summarizes the promoting effect for related industries and all region from the world expe economy. Secondly, we analysis the mechanism between the post world expo economy and related industries （traffic industry, tourism, services, real estate, etc） in Shanghai from a microcosmic angle, and it means what industrial conditions have been created for post world expo economy; coming to a conclusion： the world expe economy will not only radically promote the development of traffic industry, tourism and services, but also inhibit the irrational development of real estate. At last this paper considers that Shanghai should set out to reform the structure of economic growth and innovate the system from the strategic level, and make frill use of the above conditions. Maybe in this way, the world expe economy can continue and become the post world expo economy and will be full used in Shanghai development.
