摘 要:利用实验测试和数值模拟相结合的手段,对传统SHPB实验方法进行了改进,研究了JHB-1C传爆药高应变率力学行为。采用半导体应变片测试技术记录低阻抗材料微弱的透射信号。通过相对校验技术消除半导体应变片的温度效应。为实现常应变率加载,对几种试样的尺寸进行了数值模拟。结果表明,试样直径为8mm,厚度为2mm时更适合于火炸药材料的SHPB实验。形状为正弦波或梯形波的入射波能较好地实现JHB-1C传爆药的高应变率实验所要求的平缓上升沿及较宽的加载脉冲。Based on the combination analyses of experimental and numerical methods,traditional SHPB test method was modified.The mechanical behaviour of JHB-1C explosive at high strain rate was studied.As for weak transmitted signals of low impedance materials,semiconductor strain gauges were adopted.With the aid of a relevant calibration technique,the temperature effects of semiconductor strain gauges were eliminated.The simulations were conducted about the specimen size in order to realize constant strain rate loading.And the results showed that the specimen with 8 mm in diameter and 2 mm in thickness was more suitable for explosive's SHPB experiment.The incident waves with the configuration of sine and trapezoidal wave can meet the requirements of explosive's SHPB test,which need loading waves with definite rise times.
