湖南崀山风景名胜区新农村建设模式探讨

摘　　要：崀山风景名胜区位于湖南省西南部,当地的山水生态环境、历史文化及民俗风情保存较好,风景区以典型、完整、罕见的丹霞地貌闻名国内外。对风景名胜区而言重要的是资源保护,对农村来说迫切的是要发展农村经济和提高农民生活水平。在充分合理利用而又不破坏风景名胜区宝贵资源的前提下来发展农村经济是一个充满挑战和机遇的系统工程,具有重要的现实意义。以崀笏村、崀山村为研究对象,分析了崀山风景名胜区内村庄的建设模式,探讨在做好规划的前提下,加强管理,突出"新"农村的"乡土"新内涵,以期为风景区新农村的建设提供有益借鉴。The Famous Scenic Areas of Langshan is on the southwest of Hunan province and famous as its model,integrity and peculiar Danxia Topography in the world,and its ecological environment,historical and cultural and custom are also keep better.In order to building a new socialist countryside.For the famous scenic area the resources protection is important while for the village it is urgent to develop the rural economy and improve farmers＇living standards.It is a systematic engineering with challenges as well as opportunities to develop the rural economy with the premise of fully and rational using the valuable resources of the famous scenic area without damage.Protect the resource and scenery and utilize reasonable is necessary.The development of 2 villages of different conditions within the famous scenic areas of Langshan is analyzed and several models of new countryside development are proposed to provide useful reference for the development of village in famous scenic area.
