某校护理专业大一女生人格特征的调查研究

摘　　要：为了调查山西省某医学院护理专业女大学生的人格特征,探讨医学专业护理专业学生良好人格培养的方法。本研究发放共计734份问卷进行调查,随后采用16PF法进行相关指标测试,进行统计分析。结果显示本批学生中60%以上学生在怀疑性、幻想性这两项得分大于7分;60%以上学生在世故性这一项得分小于4分;本科层次的学生较专科学生喜欢冒险,遇事不畏缩,有敢做敢为的精神;城镇学生较农村学生轻松、心情愉快,社会联系广泛,在集体中较引人注目。因此应加强学生的合作、交往能力,加强爱心、感恩及责任感教育,培养学生做情绪的主人,尤其注意培养专科学生的自信心。The research distributed 734 questionnaires to investigate the personality of the female students majoring in nursing in one medical college of Shanxi,afterwards analyzed the statistics gathered with method of 16PF.Result showed most students in the group are suspicious,innocent,emotional,lacking the spirit of cooperation and reality,tending to think rather than to do;Undergraduate students tend to be more adventurous,bold and responsible than junior college students.Students from city and town are more relaxed,happy,having extensive social connections,and attractive than students from countryside.It suggested that we develop the students＇ ability to cooperate and communicate and cultivate their sense of love,gratitude and responsibility.We should train the students to be the master of emotions,and cultivate the confidence of junior college students.
