科技投入的产业关联分析:以山东省为例

摘　　要：技术进步活动具有外部性,它能带动该创新产业的增长,也能促进其他产业的增长,因此关于技术进步溢出效应的研究日益受到重视。以山东省为例,利用投入产出模型,计算出各产业的工艺创新溢出效应和产品创新溢出效应,列出技术进步综合溢出效应较大的产业,为政府制定宏观调控决策提供依据。Technological progress with positive externalities can promote growth of all industries.In this paper,we measure the effects of inter-industry technological spillovers which include process innovation spillovers and product innovation spillovers by input-output model in Shandong Province,indicating the industries with greater technological progress spillovers.This will provide a scientific basis for government to formulate a macroeconomic control policy.
