浅析机械类专业技能竞赛的选择与组织

摘　　要：专业技能竞赛是应用型本科人才核心能力的外在表现之一。在应用型本科人才培养模式下,机械类专业技能竞赛的选择要与本科人才培养方案相适应,以培养方案中需强化的内容作为竞赛项目的选择依据。竞赛的组织依托技能训练模块,这样一方面前者可以为后者提供方向和标准,另一方面后者也为前者提供所需的人员选拔和培训支持,也对运城学院机械类专业技能竞赛的选择和组织方式进行了分析。The Professional skills competition is one of the external manifestations for the core competence of application -oriented talents. In the cultivation mode of applicationoriented undergraduate talents, the selection of the mechanical professional skill competition project must adapts to the undergraduate training scheme. It require to take the contents needed to be strengthened in the training scheme as the selection basis of competition project. The organization of professional skill competition should relys on the skill training module. The former provides the direction and standard for the latter. On the other hand the latter also gives the support of personnel selection and training for the former. The article also analyzed the selection and organization of mechanical skill competition in Yuncheng University.
