摘　　要：高校实验室的管理模式对高素质人才的培养具有重要的作用。通过对高校实验室的分散型管理模式和集中型管理模式特点的深入思考,提出了集中型管理模式基础上的开放管理模式,并提出了大众化教育下的高校实验室管理的改革方向。The management mode of universities laboratory plays an important role in cultivating high - quality talents, Based on the centralized management mode, the open management mode was put forward through in - depth thinking about the features of the decentralized management and the centralized management of university laboratory, and then, the reform direction of universities laboratory management was presented under the popular education.
