摘 要:针对粉煤灰加气砼生产性粉尘对环境造成二次污染的问题,提出一套新型粉煤灰加气砼清洁生产方案,并建立了清洁生产模型。主要收尘装置为喷气式洗尘器,通过控制洗尘风机的风量和风速以及洗尘水池的动态液位平衡来达到除尘的目的,采用模糊PID控制器来控制水池的液位平衡。洗尘水池的动态模式避免了水池沉淀粉尘后的除污泥工作及可能由此而产生的二次污染;潮湿空气的反馈使车间的空气处于较大的湿度,有利于抑制粉尘的飞扬,达到清洁生产的目的。In view of the issue on the secondary environment pollution of flying ash aerated concrete dust, a new type of cleaner production program is proposed. And a model of the cleaner production is establishment. The main device of the dust collector is jet dust scrubber. By controlling the air volume, air speed of the dust collector and keeping the dynamic balance of the dust scrubber, we can achieve the purpose of dust removal. To keep the dynamic balance of the dust scrubber, here we use fuzzy PID controller to realize it. The dynamic model of the pool can avoid the sludge elimination and possiblity of secondary pollution. And also the recycled substances can be used as raw materials for the production. The moist air can be feedback to the workshop to keep a tertian humidity and suppress dust flying. This model can achieve cleaner production.
