论我国职业足球“黑哨”行为的法律防控

摘　　要：通过文献资料、社会调查、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,分析了我国职业足球"黑哨"行为产生的原因以及司法介入职业足球"黑哨"行为的可行性,并从净化足球环境、完善体育立法、增强法律意识、加强法治教育、保护法益、强化司法监督和介入以及严格公正司法等方面提出了建议。Through the literature material,social,investigation and logic analysis,this article studies the reasons of the Black Whistle＇s occurrence and the feasibility of judicial organs intervening in professional football,then puts forward the advances from the following aspects：purifying the soccer environment;consummating football legislation;enhancing legal consciousness;strengthening the legal system education;protecting law benefit;strengthening judicial supervision and intervention and strictly judicial justice.
