摘　　要：课题研究以文献资料与逻辑分析为基础,通过对莆田地区展开的妈祖民俗节庆活动进行田野式调查,探讨了妈祖民俗节庆体育文化活动的内容与特征,以及民俗节庆体育对促进身心健康、文化认同和社会和谐的意义。并从组织层面、参与人员层面和活动项目层面揭示了妈祖民俗节庆体育文化活动存在的问题,最后提出民俗节庆体育传承与创新的对策。Based on the literature and logic analysis,the research demonstrated the content and character of sports in Mazu Folk Festivals and its influence on the physical and psychological health,culture identification and the harmony society through the fileld investigatiohn on the related series of Putian Mazu-style folk festival.And pointed the existing problems in the aspects of organiztion,participation and project activity and proposed the countermeasures for the heritage and innovation of folk sports culture.
