摘　　要：传统的就业观念阻碍了当代大学生的顺利就业与职业道路上的发展。因此,当代大学生要想顺利就业,要有更好的职业发展,就要转变滞后的就业观念,适应时代的发展,与时俱进。为实现这样的转变,高校须做好几个方面的工作:加强思想引导,树立正确的人生观;强化就业指导,认清就业形势;加大舆论宣传,树立就业榜样。The view of traditional employment hindered the university students＇ employment and career development.Therefore if college students want to get better jobs and career development,they should change their mind,adapt to the development and keep pace with the times.To realize the transformation,college should strengthen ideological guidance,set up the correct outlook on life,strengthen employment guidance and recognize employment situation,strengthen publicity work and set employment example.
