摘 要:利用RAPD方法对福建省的福清山羊、闽东山羊和戴云山羊以及四川省的南江黄羊进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:从110条随机引物中筛选出的21条,共扩增出235条带,其中171条带为多态性带,多态位点百分率为72.8%,说明品种之间多态性比较丰富。4个品种的欧氏遗传距离在8.0到10.9之间,其中福清山羊和闽东山羊两个品种间距离最近为8.0,戴云山羊和南江黄羊之间遗传距离最远为10.9。UPGMA聚类分析显示:福清山羊与闽东山羊聚为一群后,戴云山羊聚为一群与南江黄羊聚类。Genetic diversity was studied among four goats,and their genomic DNA were tested by using RAPD.A total of 235 RAPD bands were obtained,in which 171 were polymorphic.The average percentage of polymorphic bands was 72.8.The variation range of genetic distances was from 8.0 to 10.9;The furthest one was the one between Fuqing goat and Mindong goat,and the nearest one was the one between Daiyun goat and Nanjiang goat.The UPGMA cluster analysis on the RAPD molecular-markers showed that Fuqing goat and Mindong goat were clusted into one group,then Daiyun goat,Nanjiang goat finally.
