摘　　要：转座子是生物界中存在的一类可移动的遗传因子,它们在转基因和基因组进化中扮演了一个极其重要的角色。转座子技术已成为制备转基因动物的重要手段。论文综述了转座子及其在动物转基因领域的相关应用,并对转座子技术进行了展望。Transposon element is a mobile genetic factor which exists in the biosphere,which has taken a pivotal role in the evolution of gene and genome.Transposon technique has been an important tool for the preparation of transgenic animal.This review summarizes the transposon element and related application in transgenic animal field,and the outlook of the development of transposon technique.
