摘　　要：环境保护档案共享管理系统的建设对整合信息资源、促进环境信息的开发与利用具有重要意义。本文在分析环境保护档案来源的基础上探讨阻碍环境保护档案信息共享的因素,对环境保护档案共享管理系统进行了定位,指出了共享管理系统建设的原则、功能要求以及所面临的挑战。Constructing environmental protection archive sharing management system is of great signification which can integrate the information resources, promote the development and use of environmental information. This paper based on the analysis of the source of environmental protection archives, then put forward to find the factors of hinder the environmental information sharing, points out the principles of system construction, system functional requirements and challenges.
