摘　　要：通过对变压器储油柜端盖的结构分析,设计出了集落料、拉深和冲孔于一体的复合模,保证了冲压件质量,提高了生产效率.设计中,借助Pro/E和冲模设计手册(软件版)VR1.0等软件工具,快速完成了对工件毛坯尺寸的计算和模具部分零件的强度校核,提高了设计速度,缩短了模具设计周期.After analysing the structure of the bellows oil conservator end cover for transformers,a compound die is designed with the functions of blanking stretching and punching to guarantee the quality of product and raise productivity.In the process of designing,full use was made of relevant softwares such as Pro/E,Design Handbook for Stamping Die software edition VR1.0,etc.which could figure out the blank size and calibrate the intensity of each parts.As a result,the process of designing is improved and the designing cycle is shorten.
